File Schedule 13D, Schedule 13 G, and Corresponding Amendments
Log in to the EDGAR Filing Website and follow these steps.
- Select EDGAR Link Online on the upper-left-hand side menu.
- On the EDGAR Link Online page, select SC 13D or SC 13D/A under Submission Types if you are filing a Schedule 13D. Alternatively, if you are eligible to submit using Schedule 13G, select Submission Type SC 13G. If amending a prior Schedule 13D, file a SC 13D/A, or if amending a prior Schedule 13G, file a SC 13G/A.
- On the main screen:
- Fill in the Filer CIK and CCC information.
- Fill in the Subject Company CIK, Name, and IRS Number information.
- In the Documents tab, attach a copy of the SC 13D document and select SC 13D (or SC 13D/A) under Type. If you are filing a 13G, attach a copy of the SC 13G document and select SC 13G (or SC 13G/A) under Type.
- You may validate the attached copy of your document by selecting the Doc Validation button at the top of the Documents tab.

For further reference. Consult your counsel and the Code of Federal Regulations 17 CFR 240.13d-101 to determine if you are required to report, and consult 17 CFR 240.13d-102 to determine if you report using Schedule 13G. Both schedules include instructions for preparing the content of the Schedule 13D or 13G.
