- Western Equities Corporation may be impersonating a formerly registered broker-dealer firm named Western Equities Corporation (CRD Number: 35416; SEC Number: 8-46791), which had the following mailing address: 5690 DTC Boulevard, #150, Englewood, CO 80111. The genuine Western Equities Corporation had its registration with the SEC terminated on November 19, 1995 and is defunct. The impersonator has NO connection with, and is not to be confused with, the former genuine entity.
