According to the SEC's EDGAR database, the legitimate Truman Stock Transfer LLC, which has the following mailing address, 5726 Belmont Avenue, Dallas, TX 75206, has not made any filings with the SEC since August 2008. The impersonator has NO connection with, and is not to be confused with, the genuine entity.
