The impersonator has NO connection with, and is not to be confused with, the genuine Goldsmith & Harris Incorporated, which had the following mailing address: 80 Pine Street, New York, NY 10005. The genuine entity had its registration with the SEC terminated on December 28, 2008 and is defunct.
