(CRD Number: 34039; SEC Number: 8-46197), which had the following mailing address: 5 Hanover Square, 22nd Floor, New York, NY 10004. The genuine Global Equities Group, Inc. had its registration with the SEC terminated on March 13, 1998 and is defunct.
