Arrival Instructions:

Upon entering the building, identify yourself to the lobby attendant.  Inform them that you are a new SEC employee.  You will be directed to the 28^th Floor.  Ask the SEC Receptionist to contact Michael Walker.

What to Bring with You (if not already submitted):

1. Applicable State Tax Forms
2. All applicable printed and completed forms obtained through the new employee orientation web site
3. Acceptable forms of identification – either a valid passport; OR, a valid driver's license AND birth certificate; OR, a valid driver's license AND social security card. Refer to the instructions on Form I-9, Employment Eligibility Certification, and choose from List A or Lists B AND C
4. Form DD-214 or equivalent, if appropriate
5. Documents validating your college education if not already verified by an original diploma, transcripts, or other statement from a school official
