The Philadelphia Regional Office recently conducted a Chief Compliance Officer Outreach event in Pittsburgh on May 16, 2019 and in Richmond, Virginia on May 2, 2019. Topics that were discussed included: the SEC’s examination initiatives, priorities, and how we select registrants for examinations; what to expect during an examination; the Division of Enforcement’s priorities; and cybersecurity. The next Chief Compliance Officer Outreach event is scheduled for July 23, 2019 in Philadelphia.
