The Electronic Data Gathering, Analysis, and Retrieval (EDGAR) system will be closed on both Friday, December 24, 2021 and Friday, December 31, 2021, and will treat both days as federal holidays for filing purposes, because the federal government will be closed on both days. EDGAR will maintain normal operations Monday, December 27, 2021 through and including Thursday, December 30, 2021.

Please be aware that on December 24, 2021 and December 31, 2021:

• EDGAR filing websites will not be operational.

• Filings will not be accepted in EDGAR.

• EDGAR Filer Support will be closed. 

Filings required to be made on Friday, December 24; Saturday, December 25; or Sunday, December 26 will be considered timely if filed on or before December 27, 2021, because December 27, 2021 is EDGAR’s next operational business day following the December 24, 2021 closure.  Filings required to be made on Friday, December 31; Saturday, January 1, 2022; or Sunday, January 2, 2022 will be considered timely if filed on or before January 3, 2022, because January 3, 2022 is EDGAR’s next operational business day after the December 31 closure.  Filers should plan their filings accordingly.
