The Subcommittee discussed what specific topics it should focus on and what it should present at the July 16 FIMSAC meeting. The Subcommittee decided to focus on pre-trade transparency in the corporate bond market and to have two panels present at the July 16 FIMSAC meeting. One panel would focus on the state of pre-trade transparency in the United States, while the other would focus on Europe and the requirements of MiFID II.
