The Commission, together with the Board of Governors of the Federal Reserve System (“Board”), Office of the Comptroller of the Currency (“OCC”), Federal Deposit Insurance Corporation (“FDIC”), and Commodity Futures Trading Commission (“CFTC”), proposed amendments to the regulations implementing section 13 of the Bank Holding Company

the rule proposal will end on September 17, 2018.

The proposal includes amendments to the requirement that certain banking entities
subject to the Volcker Rule prepare and furnish to the applicable agency certain qualitative measurements (“metrics”). In connection with the proposal, SEC staff, together with
colleagues at the Board, OCC, FDIC, and CFTC, prepared draft Instructions for Preparing
and Submitting Quantitative Measurement Information and draft Technical Specifications Guidance.
