The Form 13F Data Sets are now available for download. The Form 13F Data Sets provide the securities holding information required of institutional investment managers pursuant to Section 13(f) of the Securities Exchange Act of 1934, as made publicly available in structured Form 13F filings with the Commission. The data is extracted from the eXtensible Markup Language (XML) based portion of public Form 13F submissions made in the SEC’s Electronic Data Gathering, Analysis, and Retrieval system. The public data is presented without change from the “as-filed” submissions and in a flattened format to provide the public with readily available data from public 13F filings. These and other freely available data sets are accessible in the Data Library created by the Division of Economic and Risk Analysis (DERA).
