Draft 2024 Daily Market Data Report (DMDR) Schema and Renderer

The Commission adopted new Regulation SE under the Securities Exchange Act of 1934 that creates a regime for the registration and regulation of security-based swap execution facilities (SBSEFs) and addresses other issues related to security-based swap execution generally. The rule requires registered SBSEFs to publish Daily Market Data Reports on their websites using a custom XML schema and PDF renderer, which the Commission will make available on its website.

A draft version of the schema and renderer has been posted, and the files are available at https://www.sec.gov/structureddata/dera_taxonomies.
