The Filing Fees Branch has started emailing monthly account activity notifications. If you have received a notification it is because you are listed in EDGAR as the "Contact for EDGAR Information, Inquiries and Access Codes."

It is critical that Company contact information is up to date. If you need to update your Company's contact information please see Volume I, Section 5: Maintenance of Company Data in the EDGAR Filer Manual.

These notification emails are distributed via GovDelivery. The email is from a ".com" rather than ".gov"
