As a reminder:

- Filers have six months, through September 12, 2025, within which to enroll and continue to file uninterrupted on EDGAR.
- All filers may continue to file on EDGAR on the existing EDGAR Filing and Online Forms websites in the same way they do now through September 12, 2025.
- Filers must enroll on the live EDGAR Filer Management dashboard, NOT in the Beta testing environment.
- A power of attorney does NOT need to be presented to SEC staff to enroll.
- Filers should NOT use fake or non-existent email addresses to test in Beta, enroll, or make filings on live EDGAR.
- Prospective filers and filers that have lost access to their EDGAR accounts must apply for access on Form ID on the dashboard beginning March 24, 2025.
- Enrolled filers and filers whose Form ID applications are granted on or after March 24, 2025 may use the new APIs to file on EDGAR, retrieve information from the system, and manage their filer accounts.
