EDGAR Release 18.3 Will Implement Changes That Impact Filers' Ability To Access a Return Copy of EDGAR Submissions

The SEC’s EDGAR system is expected to cease providing filers with access to return copies of EDGAR submissions, even if a return copy is requested as part of the submission process, beginning with EDGAR Release 18.3 on October 1, 2018. Subsequent EDGAR changes are expected to remove the option to request a return copy. EDGAR will continue to provide submission status reports and provide any EDGAR warnings or advisory messages. Filers who wish to access copies of their submissions should save a copy on their device or storage service prior to submission to EDGAR.
