Updated Filing Fee Disclosure (FFD) Taxonomy

Today, Staff published an updated FFD taxonomy at Standard Taxonomies. The updated taxonomy changes the data type of concept ffd:OffsetPrrNbOfUnsoldScties from ffd:nonNegativeIntegerItemType to ffd:nonNegativeDecimal2ItemType and will be deployed as part of a forthcoming EDGAR Release.
