Regulation A Offerings: Number of Qualified Offerings by Issuer Location

This data visualization shows geographic distribution of the number of qualified offerings based on issuer’s business location. The location includes the 50 states, the District of Columbia (“DC”), and three U.S. territories (Puerto Rico, Guam, and U.S. Virgin Islands) from June 19, 2015 to December 31, 2024. There are issuers outside the U.S. and its territories, and they are not included in this data visualization. Sales of Regulation A securities are permitted only after the offering statement is qualified by a notice of qualification. Percentages are rounded in the data visualization above and the total of rounded percentages might be slightly off from exactly 100%.
