Regulation A Offerings: Number of Qualified Offerings by Industry

This data visualization shows overall distribution of the number of qualified offerings across business sectors based on two-digit primary Standard Industrial Classification (SIC) codes listed in Part I of Form 1-A from June 19, 2015 to December 31, 2024. Primary SIC codes may not fully capture the business of an early-stage issuer that is diversified across multiple product lines. Sales of Regulation A securities are permitted only after the offering statement is qualified by a notice of qualification. Percentages are rounded in the data visualization above and the total of rounded percentages might be slightly off from exactly 100%.
