An order has been issued granting the application of the New York Stock Exchange, Inc. to strike from listing and registration the common stock, $.01 par value, 6 1/2% notes (due May 1, 2009), and 7 1/8% debentures (due May 1, 2029) of Delphi Corporation, along with the 8.25% cumulative trust preferred securities of Delphi Trust I, a subsidiary of Delphi Corporation, effective at the opening of business on November 11, 2005.
