The publication in the Federal Register of certain self-regulatory organization proposed rule changes was delayed during the month of January 2019. As a result, the proposed rule changes listed below have comment periods that exceed or will end very close to the 60-day statutory deadline for any Commission action. For such proposed rule changes, which are identified in the table below, commenters are urged to submit any comments as soon as possible but in any event prior to the applicable 60-day suspension deadline (highlighted in blue below).
