The SEC adopted new Rule 15, under Regulation S-T, on December 11, 2020, to specify several actions that the SEC, in its administration of the EDGAR system, may take to promote the reliability and integrity of EDGAR submissions. The new rule further establishes a process for the SEC to notify filers and other relevant persons of its actions under the rule as soon as reasonably practicable.
