Regulation D Offerings: Number of Offerings by Issuer Location

This data visualization shows geographic distribution of the number of offerings in the U.S. in 2024 based on issuer’s principal place of business. The location includes the 50 U.S. states, the District of Columbia (“DC”), and three U.S. territories (Puerto Rico, Guam, and U.S. Virgin Islands). There are issuers outside the U.S. and its territories, and they are not included in the data visualization above. Percentages are rounded in the data visualization above and the total of rounded percentages might be slightly off from exactly 100%.
