Number and Volume of CMBS Issuances by Offering Type

This data visualization shows the annual (2014 - 2024) and quarterly (2014:Q1 - 2025:Q1) statistics of the volume by dollar amount of all global CMBS issuances based on reported deal amounts and pricing date in CM Alert data as well as the number of deals. Issuances are classified by offering type. The offering types are Agency, 144A, Registered, and Outside U.S. Percentages are rounded in the data visualization above and the total of rounded percentages might be slightly off from exactly 100%.
