Federal Employee Viewpoint Survey 2024
The 2024 Federal Employee Viewpoint Survey (FEVS) was administered by the Securities and Exchange Commission from the end of May through the beginning of July 2024 to all SEC federal employees.
Our survey results this year are organized around the “Six Drivers of Engagement” that predict important organizational outcomes for SEC employees.
Benchmarked against last year’s scores, the SEC’s 2024 results are as follows:
- Perceptions of Supervisors – 90.5 percent positive (+0.8 point higher)
- Team Environment – 89.3 percent positive (+1.4 points)
- Engagement – 87.0 percent positive (+0.8 point higher)
- Operational Excellence – 85.8 percent positive (+2.7 points)
- Empowerment – 77.7 percent positive (+3.9 points)
- Perceptions of Senior Officers – 74.3 percent positive (+4.1 points)
Please be aware that the 2024 FEVS contains content that is inconsistent with Executive Order (EO) 14151 Ending Radical and Wasteful Government DEI Programs and Preferencing, and EO 14168 Defending Women From Gender Ideology Extremism and Restoring Biological Truth to the Federal Government.
