EDGAR Technical Issues with Form 424i

EDGAR is currently experiencing technical difficulties which may impact filers submitting Form 424i if those submissions include a payor CIK. Our technical staff is working to resolve the issue. Form 424i submissions that do not include a payor CIK are being accepted as normal.

Staff will work with filers that are not able to meet their filing deadlines for Form 424i and that incur additional interest charges so that those interest charges are refunded or otherwise addressed as necessary.

EDGAR Forms 3, 4 and 5 Country Code Technical Issue

The EDGAR system experienced a technical issue where some Form 3, 4, and 5 filings and amendments, disseminated between March 18, 2026 and March 20, 2026, were posted with an incorrect or missing country code. The underlying technical issue has been resolved. Our EDGAR technical team is actively working to correct all impacted filings. No filer action is required. Please check this site for updates.
