On September 15, 2025, access to all three EDGAR filing websites (EDGAR Filer Management, EDGAR Online Forms and the EDGAR Filing PortalEDGAR Filing Portal) will require Login.gov individual account credentials and multifactor authentication.

The new EDGAR filing websites directly affect filers of Form D, the notice companies are required to file with the SEC when they sell securities under Regulation D.
