SEC International Institute: Creating a Framework to Raise Capital

Our Office’s Amy Reischauer joined Jennifer Zepralka, Chief of the SEC’s Division of Corporation Finance Office of Small Business Policy at the SEC’s Office of International Affairs’ 2023 International Institute for a virtual session focused on the challenges and rewards for small-to-medium enterprises seeking to raise capital from investors. The discussion highlighted the SEC’s regulatory approach in this space, as well as several educational resources developed to support smaller businesses and their investors.
