The Securities and Exchange Commission ("Commission") announced on August 14, 2003, the issuance of an Order Instituting Public Proceedings and Notice of Hearing Pursuant to Section 12(j) of the Securities Exchange Act of 1934 ("Exchange Act") against Cyrus Industries, Inc., a Nevada corporation headquartered in Huntington Beach, California. The Order seeks to suspend or revoke the registration of Cyrus's common stock.
