“I joined the SEC for an opportunity to make an impact in public service and to learn about the government aspect of the investment management industry. The issues my colleagues and I analyze day-to-day are challenging and I enjoy knowing that our work at the SEC is critical to individual investor experience. The people at the SEC are incredibly smart, diligent and passionate about their work."

“I came to the SEC excited by the opportunity to help ensure that people are able to invest with confidence to meet key financial goals, like saving for retirement or paying for their kids to go to college. I’ve stayed here for more than 10 years because of the collegial atmosphere and a culture that allows me to balance my career ambitions with personal interests like being active in the lives of my young children (such as coaching their sport teams).”
