The SEC held its 24th Annual SEC Government-Business Forum on Small Business Capital Formation in conjunction with a meeting of the SEC Advisory Committee on Smaller Public Companies. The Forum itself was held on Monday, September 19, 2005, with the Forum recommendations presented at a public meeting of the Advisory Committee on Tuesday, September 20, 2005.
