Fort Worth Director Shamoil T. Shipchandler will speak at a National Association of Corporate Directors Effective General Counsel and Secretary in the Boardroom event in Dallas on May 18, 2016. In two separate sessions, Shipchandler will discuss (1) civil securities enforcement and examinations in the region, regional and national priorities, cybersecurity, and other areas within the SEC’s jurisdiction; and (2) cybersecurity.
