EDGAR Release 22.0.1

On January 31, 2022, EDGAR Release 22.0.1 introduced the following changes:

• The eis_Common.xsd schema file has been updated to allow the filer to submit EX-FILING FEES Exhibit type documents.
• The eis_CoReg.xsd, eis_CoReg_Fee.xsd, eis_CoReg_Serial.xsd, eis_Subject_Fee.xsd, and eis_SubjectGroup_Fee.xsd schema files have been updated to add a new element “feeTableIncludedFlag”.
• The eis_CoReg_Serial.xsd has been updated to remove the element “feeTableInProspectusFlag”.
• Tables 3.4.5.1, 3.4.5.2, 3.4.5.3, 3.4.5.4, 3.4.6, 3.4.7, 3.4.10, and 3.4.13 have been updated to add the new element “feeTableIncludedFlag”.
• Table 3.4.7 has been updated to remove the element “feeTableInProspectusFlag”.
• Table 6-1 updated to account for “EX-FILING FEES” Exhibit type.
