On February 16, 2011, in response to the January 26, 2011 Notice and Opportunity for Hearing, SinoFresh submitted a letter requesting immediate withdrawal of its Form 15 filed on November 1, 2010. On the same date, SinoFresh filed a request to withdraw its Form 15 (Withdraw Request) on EDGAR, and later filed the same request on a Form 15/A on February 22, 2011. No other submissions or requests for hearing had been received by the Commission as of the close of business on February 16, 2011. Based on the fact that SinoFresh filed a Withdraw Request, and the fact that the Commission did not receive any other submissions or requests for hearing prior to the Notice deadline on February 16, 2011, SinoFresh's registration has not been terminated.
