  1. JPR Capital Corp. is impersonating a former genuine state-registered investment adviser firm with the same name and address – J.P.R. Capital Corp. (CRD Number: 38056). The impersonator has NO connection with, and is not to be confused with, the genuine J.P.R. Capital Corp., which had the following mailing address: 125 Michael Drive, Suite 104, Syosset, NY 11791. WebIARD (Investment Adviser Registration Depository [operated by the Financial Industry Regulatory Authority (FINRA) on behalf of the SEC and the North American Securities Administrators Association (NASAA)]) contains registration information for the genuine entity. The genuine J.P.R. Capital Corp. had its registration with the New York State securities regulator terminated effective December 19, 2007 and is defunct.
