The impersonator has NO connection with, and is not to be confused with, the genuine Global Partners Securities Inc., which had the following sole mailing address: 2101 W. Commercial Blvd., Suite 3500, Fort Lauderdale, FL 33309. The genuine Global Partners Securities Inc. had its registration with the SEC terminated on January 18, 2005 and is defunct.
