The PAUSE Program lists entities that falsely claim to be registered, licensed, and/or located in the United States in their solicitation of investors.   1. Cotton Wood Stock Transfer is impersonating a former genuine entity having a similar name, Cottonwood Stock Transfer (CIK Number: 0000837456; SEC Number: 084-01679). The legitimate Cottonwood Stock Transfer filed a Form TA-W to have its registration with the SEC withdrawn, effective February 17, 2008, and is defunct. The impersonator has NO connection with, and is not to be confused with, the former genuine entity.
