DRAFT Taxonomy Files – Annual Updates
The tables below show all the files comprising each taxonomy version in draft form for those taxonomies that are currently accepted in the Electronic Data Gathering, Analysis, and Retrieval (EDGAR) system. For a thorough review, download the taxonomy package, which is a Zip format archive containing files from all SEC taxonomies needed to make EDGAR submissions.
Within each taxonomy, there are files to which Interactive Data submissions may refer, files that are used in the SEC.gov | XBRL Validation and Rendering process, and other "entry point" files that serve only to collect all related files together. Refer to the EDGAR Filer Manual (https://www.sec.gov/submit-filings/edgar-filer-manual) for details.
Draft 2025 Taxonomy Files
Refer to the 2025 release notes (https://xbrl.sec.gov/doc/releasenotes-2025-draft.pdf) for changes that will be available in EDGAR around March 2025. The public feedback period for the draft update ends on 4pm EST on November 18, 2024.
