The Crypto Task Force invites crypto market participants, as well as other interested members of the public, to request a meeting with the Crypto Task Force. Please use the form below to request a meeting. The Crypto Task Force requests that any person or firm meeting with it provide a brief written summary of the issues that it plans to discuss with Crypto Task Force members. You will have an opportunity to upload your document at the link below. The Crypto Task Force plans to post these summaries to the Commission’s website, which will increase the transparency of its engagement with the public and promote open dialogue among parties interested in these issues.
Please include all substantive materials with your detailed agenda when you submit your meeting request. If the Crypto Task Force accepts your meeting request and you provide additional substantive materials in advance of the meeting, we may postpone the meeting so staff has sufficient time to properly review the additional materials. This will help ensure that we are able to have productive and meaningful engagement with the public.
Please note that summaries will be posted without modification; the Commission does not edit personal identifying information from submissions. You should only submit information that you wish to make available publicly. To request confidential treatment of a submission, please follow this detailed procedure, and please send your confidential material to crypto@sec.gov, noting you have requested confidential treatment. We may redact in part or withhold entirely from publication submitted material that is obscene or subject to copyright. Please read our Privacy Act Notice to learn about how we may use the information you send to us.
Due to the high demand of meeting requests, the Crypto Task Force is not able to meet with every party requesting a meeting. Because we cannot accommodate all requests, only requests that are submitted with detailed agendas and a plan for a substantive discussion will be considered. The Crypto Task Force is committed to providing many paths for engagement including the Written Input webform and roundtables. We are committed to providing pathways to communicate with the Task Force within the scope of our resources.
