Email Filing of Proposed NMS Plans and Plan Amendments

Rule 608 under the Exchange Act describes the procedures for filing and amendment of NMS plans. Under Rule 608, any two or more self-regulatory organizations (SROs), acting jointly, may file a NMS plan or may propose an amendment to an effective NMS plan by submitting the text of the plan or amendment to the Commission by email, together with certain supporting information. 

Proposed new NMS plans or plan amendments that SROs wish to file with the Commission, along with the required supporting information, must be emailed to: NMSPlans@sec.gov
