Update Your EDGAR Contact Information!

Is your EDGAR email contact information up-to-date?  To facilitate access to and maintain the security of your EDGAR account, please visit the EDGAR Filer Login page and log in using your CIK and Password.  Select the “Retrieve/Edit Data” link in the menu on the left hand side of the page.   Enter your CIK and CCC and follow the prompts to the “Retrieve/Edit Company and Submission Data” page to verify or update your EDGAR email contact information under the “Retrieve Company Information” link.

Since January 2017, EDGAR allows filers to update their passphrases using two-factor authentication protocols;  this more efficient and secure method of updating passphrases requires filers to maintain current email contact information within EDGAR.  For more detailed instructions on how to update your EDGAR contact information, please refer to Vol. I, Section 5.2 of the EDGAR Filer Manual.
