SEC Dismisses Civil Enforcement Action Against Former Infrastructure Company Executive

The U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission today filed a joint stipulation with Dale Swanberg to dismiss, with prejudice, the Commission’s civil enforcement action against him.

As stated in the joint stipulation, the Commission’s decision to exercise its discretion and seek dismissal is “based on the facts and circumstances of this case and its ongoing review of the evidence, including the narrowed scope of the evidence the SEC intended to present at trial,” and “does not reflect the SEC’s position on any other case.
