Some are managed by a group or family who mainly care about there fees and usually fall out of favor and the discount widens.  As a small investor blocking us from uniting against the management by making it impossible for an activist to organize us is despicable.  The main reason an activist gets involved is the shareholders have not had there interest watched or may i say neglected.   Please change your opinion and let the free market in closed end funds continue.  Thank you    most of my closed end funds are held at TDameritrade if you need confirmation.        thanks and you may post my letter.
