Area Parking:

Parking options include various local parking lots, 10 hour parking meters, or using the parking garage across the street at a rate of $11 per day or $146.14 per month.

Report to the 19^th floor receptionist and ask for Ida Fowlds (817) 978-6432.

Dining:

You will have a new employee orientation 11:30 to 2:45 p.m. on Monday and 12:30 to 3:30 p.m. on Tuesday in Conference Room H (located on the 19^th floor) via VTC. You may want to bring your lunch or pick something up at Alonti’s Deli (located in the basement of our building) to enjoy during the orientation.

What to Bring with You (if not already submitted):

1. All applicable printed and completed forms obtained through the new employee orientation web site
2. Acceptable forms of identification – either a valid passport; OR, a valid driver's license AND birth certificate; OR, a valid driver's license AND social security card. Refer to the instructions on Form I-9, Employment Eligibility Certification, and choose from List A or Lists B AND C
3. Form DD-214 or equivalent, if appropriate
4. Documents validating your college education if not already verified by an original diploma, transcripts, or other statement from a school official
5. Voided check for direct deposit information
