Upon entering the building, identify yourself to the lobby attendant. They will confirm you are listed in their visitor system adn direct you to the turnstiles to the elevator that will take you to the 24th floor. Ask the SEC Receptionist to contact Luanna Donnelly.

What to Bring with You (if not already submitted):

1. Applicable State Tax Form
2. All applicable printed and completed forms obtained through the new employee orientation web site
3. Acceptable forms of identification – either a valid passport; OR, a valid driver's license AND birth certificate; OR, a valid driver's license AND social security card. Refer to the instructions on Form I-9, Employment Eligibility Certification, and choose from List A or Lists B AND C
4. Form DD-214 or equivalent, if appropriate
5. Documents validating your college education if not already verified by an original diploma, transcripts, or other statement from a school official
