- Green Wave Corporation may be impersonating either or both of two formerly registered broker-dealer firms with similar names but different addresses - Green Wave, Inc. (CRD Number: 33398; SEC Number: 8-44847) and Green Wave L.L.C. (CRD Number: 39359; SEC Number: 8-48658), which had the following mailing addresses, respectively: 749 West End Avenue, Apt. 12E, New York, NY 10025 and 771 West End Avenue, Apt. 7E, New York, NY 10025. The impersonator has NO connection with, and is not to be confused with, the genuine Green Wave, Inc. or Green Wave L.L.C., which had their registrations with the SEC terminated, respectively, December 17, 1995 and November 26, 2000, and are defunct.
