- The above listed Chopper Securities is impersonating a former genuine entity having a similar name, Chopper Securities, LLC (CIK: 0001495737; SEC Number: 8-68641).
- The legitimate Chopper Securities, LLC is defunct. The entity filed a Form BDW to have its registration with the SEC withdrawn and its registration was effectively terminated March 21, 2015.
- The impersonator has NO connection with, and is not to be confused with, the former genuine entity.
