If you are unable to report on your assigned date or have any questions about your appointment or orientation, contact your HR Specialist identified in your official letter.

Directions: 

The SLRO is located in the Federal Courthouse on 4th South and West Temple.  From I-15, take the 6th South Exit and proceed to West Temple.   Turn left to 5th South.   The parking lot is in the next block to the right.  TRAX is the preferred mode of transportation.  Take any color line and exit at the Courthouse Station, located between 4th and 5th South on Main.  West Temple is one block West of Main Street, which is to the left when you exit the train.

Dining:

There is a cafeteria on the 1st floor but you are welcome to walk out of the building and go in any direction to find a variety of places to eat.

Arrival Instructions:

Upon entering the courthouse, you will be required to go through security screening by the US Marshal Service.  Use the elevators to report to the 6th floor, Suite 6.100.

What to Bring with You (if not already submitted):

  1. Applicable State Tax Form
  2. All applicable printed and completed forms obtained through the new employee orientation web site
  3. Acceptable forms of identification – either a valid passport; OR, a valid driver's license AND birth certificate; OR, a valid driver's license AND social security card. Refer to the instructions on Form I-9, Employment Eligibility Certification, and choose from List A or Lists B AND C
  4. Form DD-214 or equivalent, if appropriate
  5. Documents validating your college education if not already verified by an original diploma, transcripts, or other statement from a school official
