COURT DISMISSES CLAIMS AGAINST IAIN BROWN PURSUANT TO NOTICE OF VOUNTARY DISMISSAL FILED BY THE SECURITIES AND EXCHANGE COMMISSION

The Securities and Exchange Commission announced that on October 20, 2009, the Honorable Nicholas G. Garaufis, United States District Judge for the Eastern District of New York entered an order of dismissal as to Iain Brown (Brown). The Court dismissed the claims against Brown pursuant to a Notice of Voluntary Dismissal filed by the Commission. Brown, now deceased, was a Canadian citizen and resident of the Republic of Malta.
