This feature is available for operating companies only to help investors find key
documents quickly, such
as the latest annual report or documents related to shareholder meetings. You can turn this feature off to
see a list of all the latest filings instead.
The new page features sliding panels with additional information for companies and an
interactive table
of filings that loads 1,000 submission by default. The interactive table allows instantaneously searching,
sorting, and filtering of submissions. Columns can be added and removed to allow users to
customize how they view submissions.

When I click on a filing, the main document is opened. How do I see all the filing’s associated files?
Opening the main document saves most users an extra click. If you want the filing’s
list of files
instead, click on the Filing button.
This page uses your browser’s local storage to remember which panels you prefer to be
opened or closed
and which columns you added or removed. Like your browsing history, it stays on your computer and is not
sent to the SEC and cannot be read by other websites.
