Dear SEC
How is it possible that you will allow some firms to provide the same services ie financial advice, but not the same regulations? This does not allow for a level playing field and provides a disservice to the general public. If firms and individuals want to provide financial advice lets make sure they are qualified ie CFPs and regulated to the benefit of the public.
Please consider your regualatory issues for brokerage firms and financial planning firms with care.
